Mindful Yoga…
Here is my review of the yoga “workbook” Mindful Yoga, Mindful Life:
http://jillflorio.com/77_yoga_mindful-yoga-mindful-life-book
Even though the text was not what i was expecting, I am glad to have stumbled over it in my library. I think that later on, when I really want to dive into the yoga sutras, 8 limbed path, etc, I will buy the book and highlight things as I mentioned in my website review above (posted on JillFlorio.com).
I am just not ready yet to be a student of the yogic path. But When that time comes, I’ll want to keep this book on my yoga shelf for reference. Right now I am more consumed with learning the poses (asanas) than picking up philosophy.
If you are doing yoga, are you more interested in the physical poses or the spiritual path?

One may ask before starting yoga that if they have to change their lifestyle to start yoga. NO, Yoga does not belong to any religion. It doesn’t require anything else from you which changes your life. You don’t have to your diet or drink habits. neither You need to quit smoking.

Antioxidants can help the condition of your skin and the health of your cells, I am not so sure if it will help acne, I have never heard of that, and it doesnt seem to make sense. I get pimples all over my face because i work in a dirty environment, its completely independant of my health and skin condition.
If you want to add antioxidants to your diet, there is a product called Exfuze, its a daily suppliment in the form of a tasty juice. They make it from the 7 most nutrient packed fruits known by science, asside from being a great source of antioxidants, and vitamins, it has coutless other benfits
I am interested in both Yoga posture and philosophy. Spiritual path of Yoga is great with physical practice. Thank you for article.
