		<description>Gene, it's funny, isn't it, how people go off and spend a ton on gyms when all we really need are a good pair of shoes for running or just walking. 

And all these things I have in my home gym are even really unnecessary - i could use watter bottles for weights, and various items like chairs for dips, etc. Pushups only require clear floor space. And so on. :-) 

Not that I don't like a nice gym or my stuff, but we really don't NEED those things to stay fit!</description>

		<description>LOL, without a doubt running shoes count as home gym equipment. Personally I prefer a gym membership, but when I lost my job for several months last year they helped me stay fit (and sane) on a lower budget.</description>
